DESIGN PREVIEW / VALLEY FORM & FIXTURE IS A WORKING NAME · NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS

Our process / An engineering-first approach

LESS GUESSWORK.
MORE FORWARD MOTION.

Complete the standard requirements online. Straightforward jobs follow a defined workflow; unusual jobs receive asynchronous review or a separate engineering scope.

01

Submit the requirements

Supply a drawing, quantity, material, critical dimensions and intended use through a structured online request.

OUTPUT / A short requirements brief
02

Check fit to the service

Standard jobs would be checked against validated material, geometry and pricing rules. Exceptions go to asynchronous technical review rather than an automatic meeting.

OUTPUT / A scoped approach, with assumptions visible
03

Approve the scope online

Approve the price, drawing revision and inspection scope before production. Any design work would need separate approval and payment.

OUTPUT / A drawing and agreed acceptance criteria
04

Inspect, fit, learn

Check the first article against the plan, then use fit feedback to decide what to repeat or revise.

OUTPUT / A documented next step—not an unexamined batch
Before the first conversation

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Useful context for a one-off part or a first small run.

Do I need a finished CAD file?

A complete drawing is the preferred route for a low-touch manufacturing quote. A sketch or idea requires separate, paid design work, subject to availability—not a free consultation.

Can a project be just one piece?

One-to-five-piece projects are the focus of this concept. Setup and engineering still matter, so a single part is not automatically inexpensive.

Which materials and tolerances are available?

Those would be confirmed against the selected process and verified equipment capability for each job. The demo does not promise a universal material list or tolerance.

Can you reproduce a replacement part?

A non-safety-critical part may be a candidate if the geometry, material, ownership rights and application can be established. Safety-critical and regulated work needs a separate qualification review.

Is this business taking orders yet?

Not yet. Valley Form & Fixture is a working-name website concept. The quote builder is an interactive preview, not a live pricing engine. It does not send messages, accept orders or upload designs.
